Requester is appealing OPM’s denial of fee waiver. Mayor’s office orders OPM to grant the requester a fee waiver.
DDOT did not respond in time but did respond the day after the appeal was filed rendering the appeal moot and thereby dismissed.
MPD conducted an adequate search, the event date exceeds the archived period the agency is required to maintain. MPD provided all responsive records.
Initially MPD denied the request because the agency misunderstood what was being requested. MPD later realized their mistake and denied part of the request under exemption 2.
