(Washington, DC) Following is an activity, which may affect you as you move around the District this weekend. The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) urges those taking part in the event to be aware of upcoming road closures.
Event: National Action Network- First Amendment March Against Police Violence
Date: Saturday December 13
Time: 10:30 am- Rally on Freedom Plaza
Noon: Step off on Pennsylvania Avenue, and march up to 3rd Street, NW
Program/speakers will begin at 3rd and Penn
Street Closure: 13th Street, NW, between Pennsylvania and E Street, NW
DDOT will assist with several resources
Metropolitan Police Department is handling the street closure.
