Safeway Feast of Sharing Is Today, Wednesday November 26, 2014
Join us as we celebrate the season by giving back to those in need and offer more resources to support those who have served our country! This event, sponsored by Safeway, Events DC, SunTrust, CenterPlate, Metropolitan Baptist Church, Unity Health Care, The Salvation Army, Digital Conventions and the Mid-Atlantic Gleaning Network, features a plated Thanksgiving diner, a job fair, health screenings and free winter clothing for DC area residents in need.
9:30 am - FREE Job Fair and Health Screenings (West Salon)
11:30 am - Dinner Seating One (Hall D)
12 pm - Dinner Seating Two (Hall D)
12:30 pm - Dinner Seating Three (Hall D)

This year's goal is to serve 5,000 people. Seven hundred volunteers are needed for Feast of Sharing activities throughout the entire day.
On November 26, starting at 9 am, volunteers report to room 202 to sign in, and receive their assignment and commemorative apron.Community service certicifcates provided after the event.
