DC Health Link is partnering with Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. and The National Children’s Center to promote healthy habits, immunizations, fitness, and wellness to prepare District residents for the fall school year. A wide variety of free resources will be shared such as school supplies, free smoothies, and farmer’s market fresh produce among DC residents in Ward 8. The event will have games and activities for kids including carnival rides, roller skating, and bike riding and much, much more! DC Health Link Certified Assisters will be on-site to provide in-person education and enrollment assistance to District consumers as well as answer questions and provide information about Medicaid options and financial help with plan premiums.
