Obtaining gainful employment after incarceration can often be the most challenging first step to successful reintegration. MORCA will assist returning residents with identifying employment opportunities, interview preparation and resume development. Ultimately, settling on a chosen career path can ensure long term stabilization and financial security. Such stabilization and security will allow returning residents to plan for greater financial investment in self and family.
