(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is scheduled to conduct repairs and bridge preservation activities on Massachusetts Avenue over Rock Creek Parkway, from Friday, January 30, 2015, to Tuesday, February 3, 2015; weather permitting.

This work will require closing the in-bound right lane of Massachusetts Avenue, south of Whitehaven Street, after the morning rush hour starting 10 am, and ending before the evening rush at 3:30 pm, daily. Motorists using this corridor can expect some delays; but DDOT does not anticipate the lane closure will significantly impact the flow of traffic. Motorists are encouraged to be aware of the DDOT personnel.

All construction-related work and dates are subject to change, depending on weather, material and contractor availability or other unforeseen conditions.
