Request for an August 17, 2012 letter relating to the Harris Corporation. MPD’s search was determined to be adequate. Appeal was remanded in part to MPD, for certain redactions to be released as they did not implicate a privacy interest.
Request for records relating to all automobile thefts in Dupont Circle from February to May of 2002. Appeal was dismissed as moot, because MPD revised its response and indicated it was conducting a new search.
