Request for records related to expulsions from a vehicle and rental program. DMV’s response was affirmed on the basis that the records sought did not exist, and DMV was not required to create records in response to the request.
Request for records related to a racial discrimination case against UDC. UDC’s denial of the request was remanded, because UDC improperly asserted that the requester’s involvement in litigation against UDC barred the availability or FOIA.
Request for records related to parking issues. MPD asserted that it would conduct a more thorough search based on the information provided in the appeal, and the appeal was dismissed without prejudice.
