Draft a Concept Paper
The initial concept paper is used to present a proposed organization to potential board members, contributors, and the community. The concept paper should be approximately three to five pages typed and include a summary of the following elements:
- Purpose and mission statement
- Survey of the issue(s) and problem(s)
- Description of the organization
- General goals and activities
- Future plans and vision
