The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education encourages you to report any comments, concerns, or suggestions about DC public schools. Use one of the forms below to send your comments online. If you have a concern about a charter school, early childhood, or adult education, please email the Mayor using "Education" in the subject line.

• Academics and Programming: Use this form to report any issue about enrollment, grades, classes, or extra-curricular activities.
• Special Education: Use this form to report comments about assessments, IEPs, or services for students in special education.
• Discipline: Use this form to report any issues about the discipline of a student, fighting, or other violations of school behavior policies.
• Personnel: Use this form to comment on a teacher, administrator, or other school staff.
• Facilities: Use this form to report any problem with a school building or school property.
