Mayor Fenty visits Capitol Hill to meet with members of Congress to discuss issues of importance to the District. The Mayor met with Congressman Regula (R-OH), and Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA) of the Appropriations Committee and Congressman Tom Davis (R-VA) of the Government Oversight and Reform Committee. Both committees oversee the District of Columbia.
