Customer Reminders/Tools

Our constituents should be reminded of the customer service commitment within agencies. This allows for increased accountability and demonstrates that the agency is actively soliciting feedback to improve service. Here are a few ideas:

  • Create an online feedback mechanism for customers/constituents to easily voice opinions regarding your agency's service (website/online customer satisfaction form).
  • Create on–site feedback mechanisms by using surveys or suggestion boxes.
  • Create a telephone hotline for complaints, suggestions, or commendations. Be sure to publicize this number.
  • Use brochures, pamphlets, and community events to communicate to constituents your agency's commitment to providing excellent service.
