Daily Reminders
The customer service liaison can be responsible for creating daily reminders for employees. This keeps the focus on excellence and continually reinforces the message. Some easy ways to accomplish this are:
- Design a screensaver for all desktop computers that includes customer service tips and standards to disseminate to all frontline employees.
- Send weekly email reminders of customer service initiatives and standards.
- Place posters throughout the agency that include information on customer service standards and agency initiatives.
- Design miniature fliers describing specific information on customer service standards to be distributed to every employee.
- Develop group voice mail reminders to reinforce to employees that they are being monitored.
